Sheikh Isa Bin Salman Al-Khalifa on 15th December 1988 and was considered one of the finest museums of its kind in the Gulf region. The museumm is an emblem of Bahrain’s 6000 years of history and the country’s story comes to life in the different rooms, halls, and exhibits. The building stands out due to its distinct architecture and white travertine marble facade and stands atop an artificial peninsula overlying the island of Muharraq.
